44. אי־התערבות בשביתות ובהשבתות
תיקון: תשל״ז, תשנ״א, תשע״ד
(1)לשכת שירות התעסוקה לא תשלח עובדים למקום עבודה שיש בו שביתה או השבתה ולא תשלח עובדים שובתים לעבודה, כל זמן השביתה או ההשבתה.
(2)מעסיק שהעסיק עובדים שובתים או מושבתים, ועובדים שעבדו במפעל שיש בו שביתה או השבתה, לא יובאו על כך בפלילים.
