11. תחולת דינים אחרים
תיקון: תשל״ז
עובד הזכאי לתשלום על פי כל חיקוק בעד תקופת אי כושר לעבודה מטעמי בריאות, למעט תשלום בעד נכות, גימלה לפי פרק ג׳2 לחוק הביטוח הלאומי [נוסח משולב], תשכ״ח–1968, או פיצויים מכוח פקודת הנזיקין [נוסח חדש], לא יהיה זכאי לדמי מחלה על פי חוק זה לגבי התקופה שבעדה הוא זכאי לתשלום כאמור ולגבי כל תקופה שנקבע במפורש באותו חיקוק שאין העובד זכאי לתשלום בעדה עקב המחלה.
