11. שירותי בריאות במדינות חוץ
שר הבריאות רשאי לקבוע כי שירות בריאות מסוים הכלול בסל שירותי הבריאות יכול שיינתן במדינת חוץ, בהתקיים נסיבות רפואיות מיוחדות, וכן רשאי הוא לקבוע את התנאים והנהלים לכך ואת שיעור ההשתתפות הכספית של המבוטח בעד השירות.
