21. חובת קופת חולים למתן שירותים
תיקון: תשנ״ח
(א)קופת חולים תיתן לכל מי שהיא אחראית כלפיו כאמור בסעיף 3(ג) את כל שירותי הבריאות שלהם הוא זכאי לפי חוק זה, בין בעצמה ובין באמצעות נותני שירותים, ללא כל הפליה ולא תתנה מתן שירותים הכלולים בסל השירותים שלה בהצטרפות או בחברות בתכנית לשירותים נוספים לפי סעיף 10.
(ב)אי תשלום או פיגור בתשלום דמי ביטוח בריאות לא יפטרו את קופת החולים מחובתה לתת את שירותי הבריאות הכלולים בסל שירותי הבריאות.
