קופת חולים או בית מרקחת המספק תכשיר מרשם למבוטח מטעם קופת חולים, יספקו למבוטח תכשיר מרשם המשווק בישראל, באריזה שבה כמות הקרובה ביותר לכמות התכשיר הרשומה במרשם, באופן שיימנע תשלום יתר של המבוטח בהשתתפות העצמית; בסעיף זה, ”בית מרקחת“ ו”תכשיר מרשם“ – כהגדרתם בפקודת הרוקחים [נוסח חדש], התשמ״א–1981.
