45. הגשת תלונה
כל תושב רשאי להגיש לנציב תלונה נגד קופת חולים, נותן שירותים כמשמעותו בסעיף 23(ג), עובד מעובדיהם או כל מי שפועל מטעמם, בכל הקשור למילוי תפקידיהם לפי חוק זה.
