שר הבריאות ושר האוצר, באישור שר העבודה והרווחה, רשאים לקבוע שיעור דמי ביטוח בריאות מיוחדים ופטורים וכן דרכי גביה –
(1)(נמחקה);
(2)למנויים בסעיף 56(א)(1);
(3)(נמחקה).
