47. הכרזה על אתר הנצחה מקומי
תיקון: תשע״ח
(א)שר הפנים רשאי, לאחר התייעצות עם המועצה להנצחה או על פי הצעתה, ולאחר התייעצות עם הרשות המקומית הנוגעת בדבר, להכריז ברשומות על שטח כאתר הנצחה מקומי.
(ב)לא יכריז שר הפנים על אתר הנצחה מקומי אלא אם כן נחה דעתו כי הובטחו האמצעים להקמתו ולאחזקתו.
