תיקון: תשע״ח
ההוצאות להקמת אתר הנצחה מקומי יחולו, כולן או חלקן, על היזם או על אדם אחר שנתנו הסכמתם לכך, והכל כפי שהוסכם, להנחת דעתו של שר הפנים ערב ההכרזה, כאמור בסעיף 47(ב).
