46. ניקוז אדמת־ביצות
מקום שיש בסביבה תעלת ניקוז ראשית או שאר אמצעי ניקוז מספיקים, רשאי המנהל לדרוש מאת המחזיק או מאת הבעל של כל אדמת ביצה שהוכרזה ע״י המנהל כמקור מלריה לעשות אותם חיבורים אל התעלה או אותם שינויים בתעלה שיביאו לידי ניקוזה המוצלח של אותה קרקע.
