תיקון: תש״ל
(א)לא יספק ספק מי שתיה שאינם בהתאם לאיכות תברואית שנקבעה.
(ב)לא יחזיק אדם מיתקן מי שתיה אם אינו בהתאם לתקנה בדבר תקינותו התברואית.
