52ד. סמכויות כניסה ובדיקה
תיקון: תש״ל
אדם שהורשה לכך מטעם שר הבריאות רשאי להיכנס, בכל עת סבירה, למקום שנמצא בו מקור מים או מיתקן למי שתיה, בין שהוא בשימוש ובין שאינו בשימוש, ליטול, ללא תשלום, דוגמאות מים בכמויות הנחוצות לצורך בדיקת איכותם התברואית ולערוך בקורת על התקינות התברואית של מיתקן למי שתיה, ובלבד שלא ייכנס אדם לחצרים המשמשים למגורים בלבד ללא רשותו של המחזיק בחצרים.
