68. סמכויותיהן של רשויות מקומיות להתקין מקומות לבדיקות לאחר המות
רשאית כל רשות סניטרית מקומית להתקין ולהחזק מקום מתאים (שלא בחדר המתים) לקבלת גופות במשך הזמן הדרוש לעריכת בדיקה שלאחר המות שצווה חוקר סבות מות או רשות חוקית אחרת, ומקום שהותקן מקום כזה, רשאים חוקר סבות מות או רשות חוקית אחרת להעביר את הגופה לאותו מקום ומאותו מקום לשם הוצאתה לפועל של אותה בדיקה שלאחר המות, והוצאות־העברה אלו תשולמנה באותו אופן ומאותם כספים שמשלמין את הוצאותיה ומסיה של בדיקה לאחר המות שחוקר סבות המות צוה לערכה.
