72. במקרה של סתירה תכרענה הוראות הפקודה הזאת את ההוראות הדומות להן בפקודות אחרות
אם יתברר כי קיימת איזו סתירה בין הוראות פקודה זו והוראות כל פקודה או חוק אחרים, המסדירים כל דבר מהדברים לפי פקודה זו, או בין כל סמכויות המסורות בפקודה זו וכל סמכויות המסורות בכל פקודה, או חוק אחרים בנוגע לדברים אלה, הולכין אחר הוראות הפקודה הזאת והסמכויות המסורות על פיהן.
