73. ביטול ויוצא מן הכלל
הפקודה והחיקוק האחר הנזכרים בתוספת א׳ לפקודה זו מבוטלים בזה במדה המפורטת בטור השלישי הימנה:
בתנאי כי כל התקנות, הצוויים, המודעות, התעודות והרשיונות שניתנו או נמסרו כחוק עפ״י כל פקודה המבוטלת עפ״י פקודה זו רואין אותם כאילו ניתנו או נמסרו (ככל אשר מחייב הענין) עפ״י פקודה זו, והם ישארו במלוא תקפם עד אם יבוטלו כחוק או ישונו עפ״י פקודה זו.
