104. כללי דיווח
ראתה מועצת הרשות כי הדבר דרוש לה למילוי תפקידיה לפי סעיפים 101 ו־102, רשאית היא לקבוע לחברות כללים בדבר הכללת פרטים בדוחות שיוגשו לפי סעיף 54 או בדוחות נפרדים, אם הם לא נדרשים לפי העקרונות החשבונאיים המקובלים או כללי הדיווח המקובלים, או אם הם מהווים פירוט נוסף של הנדרש לפי העקרונות והכללים האמורים.
