50. מיתקני החברה המחוברים למקרקעין
על אף האמור בסעיף 12 לחוק המקרקעין, מיתקן של מערכת מים או ביוב שחובר למקרקעין של אחר יהיה בבעלותו של מי שהתקין את המיתקן כדין.
