12. המחובר לקרקע
הבעלות בקרקע חלה גם על הבנוי והנטוע עליה ועל כל דבר אחר המחובר אליה חיבור של קבע, זולת מחוברים הניתנים להפרדה, ואין נפקא מינה אם המחוברים נבנו, ניטעו או חוברו בידי בעל המקרקעין או בידי אדם אחר.
