11. שינוי תוספות והחלפתן
תיקון: תשפ״ד־2
השר רשאי, בצו –
(1)לשנות את רשימת החמרים המפורטים בתוספת הראשונה או בתוספת השניה, וכן להחליף את התוספות האמורות כולן או חלקן;
(2)באישור ועדת הפנים והגנת הסביבה של הכנסת – לשנות את התוספת השלישית, התוספת הרביעית והתוספת החמישית, ובהסכמת שר המשפטים ואישור הוועדה האמורה – לשנות את התוספת השישית.
