14ו. סכומים מופחתים
תיקון: תשס״ח
(א)המנהל אינו רשאי להטיל עיצום כספי בסכום הנמוך מהסכומים הקבועים בחוק זה, אלא לפי הוראות סעיף קטן (ב).
(ב)השר, בהסכמת שר המשפטים, רשאי לקבוע מקרים, נסיבות ושיקולים שבשלהם יהיה ניתן להטיל עיצום כספי בסכום הנמוך מהקבוע בחוק זה, בשיעורים שיקבע.
