23. הוראות לעניין היתר רעלים אחוד
תיקון: תשפ״ד־2
(א)על אף האמור בסעיף 3י(א) לדין החדש, תקופת תוקפו של היתר רעלים אחוד שיינתן למבקש לראשונה מהיום הקובע ואילך, תהיה שבע שנים.
(ב)הוראות סעיף קטן (א) וסעיפים 19 עד 22 לא יחולו לעניין היתר רעלים שנדרש לצורך עיסוק ברעלים הטעון היתר פליטה אחוד.
