25. דחיית מועדים
תיקון: תשפ״ד־2
השר רשאי, בצו, לשנות מועד מהמועדים הקבועים בתוספת השלישית לדין החדש לגבי פרט מסוים ולקבוע לגבי אותו פרט מועד אחר, אם מצא כי השינוי כאמור נדרש לצורך היערכות ליישום הוראות החוק, ובלבד שלא יהיה בכך כדי לקצר את התקופה להגשת בקשה לפי סעיף 3י לדין החדש, ושהמועד האחרון להגשת בקשות כאמור בסעיף 19(ב) לא יהיה מאוחר מיום י״ד בתמוז התשצ״ד (1 ביולי 2034).
