4א. אופן הגשת בקשות, השגות והודעות
תיקון: תשפ״ד־2
(החל מיום 5.9.2027): בקשה, השגה או הודעה שעל עוסק להגיש לממונה, למנהל או למנהל הכללי, לפי חוק זה, תוגש באופן דיגיטלי, במתכונת שפרסם המנהל באתר האינטרנט של המשרד, ואשר תעמוד לעיון הציבור במשרד; הודעה על פרסום מתכונת כאמור ועל כל שינוי שלה תפורסם ברשומות.
