137. תשריט חלוקת קרקע
בעל קרקע שחלה עליה תכנית שאושרה ושאיננה כוללת חלוקת קרקע, רשאי להגיש לאישור הועדה המקומית תשריט לחלוקת אותה קרקע; לא יינתן היתר לבניה על הקרקע כאמור אלא בהתאם לתשריט חלוקת קרקע (להלן בסימן זה [צ״ל: בפרק זה] – תשריט) שאושר או, באין תשריט כאמור, בהסכמת הועדה המחוזית.
