158כד. הגשת מסמכים למכון בקרה ולבקר מורשה
תיקון: תשע״ד־2, תשע״ה־2, תשע״ח־5
(א)שר הפנים יקבע בתקנות הוראות לעניין המסמכים שיש להגיש למכון בקרה ואופן הגשתם; הוראות לעניין סוגי המסמכים שיש להגיש לבדיקת בקר מורשה לצורך חיקוק מסוים ייקבעו לאחר התייעצות עם השר הממונה כמשמעותו בסעיף 158כב(א).
(ב)לא נמסרה עמדת השר הממונה כאמור בסעיף קטן (א) בתוך 21 ימים, יראו, בתום אותה תקופה, כאילו קוימה חובת ההתייעצות לפי אותו סעיף קטן.
