בפרק זה –
”ועדת המשנה“ – כמשמעותה בסעיף 6(ה);
”מהנדס מוסד רישוי ארצי“ – אדם בעל הכשרה מקצועית בענייני תכנון ובנייה שמינה מנהל מינהל התכנון לעניין פרק זה;
”מוסד רישוי ארצי“ – רשות רישוי ארצית או ועדת המשנה, לפי העניין;
”מוסד רישוי מקומי“ – רשות רישוי מקומית או ועדה מקומית, לפי העניין;
”רשות רישוי ארצית“ – כמשמעותה בסעיף 158סא.
