158סג. הוראת שר הפנים בדבר הסמכת מוסד הרישוי הארצי לפעול בתחום מרחב התכנון של רשות רישוי מקומית
תיקון: תשפ״ג־4
(א)נוכח שר הפנים, לפי המלצת המנהלים כאמור בסעיף 158סד, כי רשות רישוי מקומית אינה ממלאת את תפקידה באופן חריג במתן היתרים, רשאי הוא להורות בצו על הסמכת מוסד הרישוי הארצי לפעול בתחום מרחב התכנון שלה (בפרק זה – הכרזת שר הפנים).
(ב)הכרזת שר הפנים תהיה לתקופה שיורה בצו, ושלא תעלה על 24 חודשים, ורשאי הוא לשוב ולהכריז כאמור לפי הוראות סעיף קטן (א).
