202יב. החלת הוראות על שמאי מכריע
תיקון: תשס״ח־7
(א)דין שמאי מכריע כדין עובד הציבור לעניין חוק העונשין, התשל״ז–1977.
(ב)בתום תקופת כהונתו יחולו על שמאי מכריע הוראות חוק שירות הציבור (הגבלות לאחר פרישה), התשכ״ט–1969; ואולם סמכויות הוועדה, כהגדרתה בסעיף 11 לחוק האמור, כפי שנקבעו בחוק האמור, יהיו נתונות לוועדה המייעצת.
