ענין שערב תחילתו של חוק זה היה תלוי ועומד לפני ועדה מקומית או ועדה מחוזית לפי הפקודה, רואים אותו מיום תחילתו של חוק זה כתלוי ועומד לפני הועדה המקומית או הועדה המחוזית לפי חוק זה, הכל לפי הענין.
