תיקון: תשכ״ז
התווייתה, סלילתה או סגירתה של דרך שפקודת הדרכים ומסילות הברזל (הגנה ופיתוח), 1943, הוחלה עליה לפני תחילתו של חוק זה, מכוח צו לפי סעיף 3 לאותה פקודה, לא יהיו טעונות היתר על אף האמור בחוק זה; הוראות צו כאמור שאושרו על ידי שר הפנים ושר העבודה יראו אותן כתכנית מתאר מחוזית שאושרה על פי פרק ג׳.
