38. הרכבן של ועדות משותפות
תיקון: תשע״ה
(א)שר הפנים יקבע את הרכבה של הועדה המשותפת וימנה את חבריה לפי המלצת מוסדות התכנון הנוגעים בדבר.
(ב)לא המליצו מוסדות התכנון על הרכב אחיד או על חברים מוסכמים או שלא המליצו כלל תוך המועד שהורה שר הפנים, רשאי השר לקבוע את ההרכב ולמנות את החברים.
(ג)שר הפנים רשאי למנות לועדה משותפת חברים נוספים שמספרם לא יעלה על חמישית מכל חבריה.
