39. סמכויות הועדה המשותפת
תיקון: תשמ״ח־2, תשמ״ט־2, תשע״ה
לועדה המשותפת יהיו בתחום שנקבע לה הסמכויות והתפקידים של ועדה מחוזית, של ועדה מקומית, של רשות רישוי מחוזית או של רשות רישוי מקומית, הכל לפי הענין, שיוחדו לה בצו של שר הפנים, ורשאי שר הפנים בצו לאסור או להגביל את השימוש באותם סמכויות ותפקידים על ידי מוסדות התכנון הנוגעים בדבר.
