108א. סמכויות הקשורות למקרקעין
תיקון: תשפ״ג־2
הסמכויות הנתונות לחברה למתן שירותי מים וביוב בהתאם להוראות סימן ד׳ בפרק ג׳ לחוק תאגידי מים וביוב, התשס״א–2001, יהיו נתונות לרשות המים הארצית, לשם ביצוע תפקידיה, ויחולו לעניין זה כל הוראות הסימן האמור, בשינויים המחויבים ובשינוי זה: הסמכויות הנתונות לממונה לפי הסימן האמור יהיו נתונות למנהל הרשות הממשלתית.
