131. ועדות אזוריות
תיקון: תשס״ו
מועצת המים רשאית, בהסכמת שר התשתיות הלאומיות, לבחור ועדות אזוריות שחבריהן יהיו חברי המועצה ושאינם חברי המועצה ובלבד שמספרם של הראשונים יהיה גדול משל האחרונים. מועצת המים אינה רשאית לאצול לועדה אזורית מסמכויותיה אלא בענינים הנוגעים לאותו אזור.
