תיקון: תשס״ו
מועצת המים תמנה, בהסכמת שר התשתיות הלאומיות, ובהתחשב עם הגורמים השונים בחקלאות, ועדה לאספקת מים לחקלאות שתדון בענינים הקשורים להספקת מים לחקלאות, ולשימוש במים למטרה זו, וכן ועדת אספקה למטרות מים אחרות, שתדון בהספקת מים והשימוש בהם למטרות האחרות. חבר ועדת אספקה יכול להיות מי שאינו חבר המועצה.
