99. הספקה ממושכת מחוץ לשטח המפעל
הספקת מים מחוץ לשטח פעולתו של המפעל לתקופה של יותר משלוש שנים לצרכנים הנמצאים בשטח רצוף, כשהכמות המסופקת עולה על 10% מֵהֶסְפֵּק המפעל, דינה כדין שינוי במפעל כמשמעותו בסעיף 73.
