105. מטרת חקירה בטיחותית
מטרתה הבלעדית של חקירה בטיחותית היא מניעת אירועים בטיחותיים, ואין תכליתה ייחוס אחריות אזרחית, פלילית או משמעתית לאירועים כאמור.
