בביצוע חקירה בטיחותית לפי פרק זה אין מרות על מנהל הרשות לחקירה בטיחותית ועל ממלא מקומו, זולת מרותו של הדין; הוראות סעיף זה יחולו גם על חוקר שהוסמך לפי סעיף 115, בכפוף להוראות סעיף קטן (ג) של הסעיף האמור.
