128ד. סייגים לפרסום מידע שהתקבל ממדינה חברה
תיקון: תשפ״ד־3
מנהל הרשות לחקירה בטיחותית לא יפרסם מידע שהועבר אליו לגבי אירוע בטיחותי שנחקר על ידי מדינה חברה, ובכלל זה דוחות או טיוטות דוחות או חלק מהם, ולא יאפשר גישה למידע כאמור, אלא אם כן קיבל מאותה מדינה אישור לכך או שהמידע פורסם על ידי המדינה החברה.
