תיקון: תשפ״ד־3
חייל שהיה עד לאירוע בטיחותי מעורב־צבאי או שהיה מעורב בו, ימסור הודעה על כך לגורם ממונה צבאי, שיעבירה למנהל הרשות לחקירה בטיחותית בהקדם האפשרי.
