203. הוראת מעבר לעניין סוגי תקריות חמורות
סוגי תקריות חמורות המפורסמים ערב יום התחילה במסגרת שירות מידע תעופתי לפי תקנה 65 לתקנות ההפעלה (להלן – שירות מידע תעופתי), יראו אותם כסוגי תקריות חמורות שנקבעו לפי סעיף 129(4); בסעיף זה, ”תקרית חמורה“ – כהגדרתה בסעיף 103.
