40. בקשה לרישיון עובד טיס לאחר ביטולו
אדם שהמנהל ביטל את רישיון עובד הטיס שהיה בידו או הגדר שבו לפי סעיף 38, לא יגיש בקשה לרישיון או להגדר חדש, מסוג שבוטל כאמור, אלא לאחר שחלפה שנה ממועד הביטול כאמור.
