41. איסור שימוש ברישיון זר
עובד טיס שרישיונו הותלה או בוטל לפי הוראות סימן זה, ובידו גם רישיון מאותו סוג שניתן לו מאת הרשות המוסמכת לכך במדינה חברה (בסעיף זה – רישיון זר), לא יעשה שימוש ברישיון הזר בשטח ישראל.
