26. מתן חזקה
תיקון: תשכ״ה
בעל רשיון שהגיע לתגלית בשטח הרשוי והגיש תוך תקופת הרשיון בקשה על כך בהתאם לחוק זה ולתקנות, זכאי הוא, בכפוף לתנאים שנקבעו ברשיון ובסעיף 27, לקבל מאת המנהל שטר חזקה על כל שטח שיבחר בתוך שטח הרשיון. החזקה תהא כפופה לתנאים שנקבעו ברשיון, ועם מתן שטר החזקה יפקע הרשיון ורואים את המדינה כבעלת חזקה על יתרת השטח.
