26א. העברת שטחי חזקה על ידי המדינה
תיקון: תשכ״ה
(א)המדינה רשאית להעביר לאחר זכויות חזקה המוקנות לה לפי סעיף 26 בתנאים שתמצא לנכון.
(ב)מי שהעבירה לו המדינה זכויות חזקה לפי סעיף קטן (א) רואים אותו כמי שהוענק לו ביום ההעברה שטר חזקה על השטחים שלגביהם הועברו לו הזכויות, ויחולו עליו כל התנאים והחובות שבעל חזקה חייב בהם לפי חוק זה, לרבות מתן ערובה לפי סעיף 57.
