(א)פקודת כריית השמן, 1938, וכל התקנות שהותקנו לפיה – בטלות.
(ב)סעיפים קטנים (ב)(2) ו־(ג) לסעיף 5 לחוק נכסי המדינה, תשי״א–1951 – לא יחולו לגבי הענקת זכויות לפי חוק זה.
