3ב. איסור מכירת מכלי משקה לא מסומנים
תיקון: תש״ע, תשע״א־3
בית עסק לא ימכור מכל משקה שאינו מסומן לפי הוראות סעיף 3(א), אלא אם כן חל, לגבי אותו מכל משקה, פטור מחובת הסימון לפי סעיף 3א(א), והיצרן או היבואן, לפי העניין, מסר לבעל העסק העתק מאישור הקרן לממונה לפי הסעיף האמור.
