4. גביית פיקדון
(א)יצרן, יבואן ובית עסק יגבו פיקדון בשל כל מכל משקה מלא שהם מוכרים.
(ב)בית עסק המוכר לצרכן משקה לצריכה בתחומי בית העסק, אינו חייב לגבות פיקדון.
