27. הוראות שאפשר לכלול בצו
תיקון: תשס״ב
השר רשאי לקבוע, בצו המקים רשות נחל לפי סעיף 2 או בצו שלאחר מכן, הוראות בדבר הגשת דינים וחשבונות ומתן ידיעות בדבר פעולותיה של הרשות, הקניית רכוש והטלת חובות בקשר להקמת הרשות, דרכי ההצטרפות לרשות והפרישה ממנה, דרכי הבירור של חילוקי דעות בין חברי הרשות לבין עצמם וביניהם לבין הרשות, דרכי פירוקה של הרשות, הקניית רכוש הרשות וזכויות וחובות בשעת פירוקה.
