28. כפיית ביצוע
תיקון: תשס״ב
(א)לא מילאה רשות נחל תפקיד מתפקידיה, רשאי השר לצוות עליה לעשות את הדרוש לביצוע אותו תפקיד בדרך שקבע בצו, ואם לא קיימה רשות הנחל את הוראות הצו תוך מועד סביר שפורש בו, רשאי השר להטיל את קיומו על אדם אחר ולגבות מרשות הנחל את ההוצאות שהוצאו לענין זה.
(ב)הוראות סעיף זה יחולו גם על כפיית ביצוע תפקידים שהוטלו על רשות ניקוז לפי סעיף 2.
